Our sincere thanks goes out to Pine Needles Garden Club for coming out and helping our members start their very first garden.
Pine Needles Garden Club helped our members experience a wonderful afternoon working with Mother Earth.
In addition, to the plants that we had started in small containers several weeks ago, Pine Needles Garden Club purchased
numerous plants for our Club members.
Thanks to Pine Needles Garden Club, our members enjoyed planting tomatoes, chives, squash, cantelope, rosemary, basil,
marigolds, chili peppers, bell peppers, and corn. Also, Pine Needles Club members took the time to explain such things as
garden care, weeding, and the difference between perennial and annual plants to our Club members.
Once again, we truly appreciate Pine Needles Garden Club!
