Statement
To provide opportunities to North Carolina's students that will allow them
to grow to their fullest potential and to become productive citizens. This mission is accomplished by preventing juvenile
crime and victimization, rallying communities around their young people, minimizing destructive influences during the after-school
hours and replacing them with positive, contstructive activities. Caring adults offer advice and assist with homework,
organize clubs pormote athletic activities and encourage community service in a safe, drug-free environment.
